手切りした5mm厚のウレタンシートを6号帆布に1枚づつ挟み縫っていくことで、パネルを形成しました。
これにより、ハードでありながら形状の安定が可能となり、トートバッグでは難しかったBOX型を同時に維持できるようになりました。

The panels are formed by sandwiching hand-cut 5mm thick urethane sheets one by one between #6 canvas and sewing them together.
This makes the bag hard yet stable in shape, allowing it to maintain its boxy shape, something that would be difficult to achieve with a tote bag.

波打つような表面の凹凸と等間隔の模様が、まるで帆布とは思えない表情を見せてくれます。

It takes time to pack each strand vertically and horizontally without leaving any gaps.
The undulating surface and evenly spaced patterns give it a look that is hard to believe is made from canvas.
